Welding a boiling tank using TIG process. Use of shielded welding ensures a contaminant free weld area with a small heat affected zone. Boiling tanks are made from 18 gauge, grade 304, type 2B stainless. After welding tanks are inspected, they are pressure tested to assure integrity of the welded joints.
